Booking Policy

Horseback riding: Must be paid in advance in order to secure your spot. 

Birthday parties:  payment is required for booking, and the remaining amount should be paid one week before the scheduled party.

Outdoor venue: 50% payment is required for booking and remaining amount should be paid one week before your event. That includes for the outdoor venue for the pool as well as land rental.

Credit cards policy: there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee. We accept all credit cards, and Apple pay.

 **Non-Refund Policy with Extensive Credit Option:**

1. **Booking Confirmation:** All transactions are considered final upon booking confirmation. Full payment is required in advance to secure reservations.

2. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, we provide an extensive credit option for the full amount paid.

3. **Extensive Credit Option:** In the event of cancellation, customers may opt to receive a credit for the full amount paid. This credit is versatile and can be utilized for any of our ranch amenities, including pool parties, family reunions, and various events such as blues concerts.

4. **Credit Usage:** The credit is not limited to the initially booked service and can be applied towards any eligible offerings on the ranch within the next 120 days

5. **Diverse Utilization:** You can use the credit for a range of experiences – from enjoying a pool party with friends to organizing a memorable family reunion. Additionally, it can be applied towards attending special events hosted on the ranch, such as concerts and more.

6. **No-Show Policy:** Failure to attend the booked service without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment, and no refund or credit will be issued.

7. **Rescheduling:** While refunds are not available, customers can request to reschedule the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the credit will be transferred to the new booking date.

8. **Force Majeure:** In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the non-refund policy with an extensive credit option will still apply.
